AMACA Nature is a small estate located on the banks of the Tâmega River, in Maureles, a village in Marco de Canaveses, 45 kilometers from Porto.

Situated in an ecological and forest reserve area, the estate overlooks the river, in perfect harmony with the water—an abundant element in the region. Its name comes precisely from the thermal springs that the Romans called Aquae Tamacanae, due to the proximity of Tamaca, the Tâmega.
